The Brasserie
The Brasserie at Siglo 17 is set into the impressive courtyard at the heart of the property and is open for breakfast & brunch and lunch & dinner from 7.30am thru to 7pm.
The Breakfast Menu at The Brasserie offers a fantastic range of modern classics including avocado toast, French toast and smoked salmon bagels, together with regional favourites such as eggs with mole, red or green chilaquiles with all the extras and our famous Machaca Oaxaquena. We also offer freshly squeezed juices and exceptional tea and coffee courtesy of The Jazz Café.

The Brunch + Lunch menu at The Brasserie also offers perfectly executed international light plates such as healthy salads, pastas and rustic sandwiches on homemade sourdough, as well as some exceptional Oaxacan heritage dishes, such as tlayudas, tacos de tasajo and our legendary enchiladas, all most definitely worth sampling! The Brasserie is proud to serve fine wines by the bottle or glass, artisan mezcals and craft beers as well as a range of soft drinks including our superb homemade lemonade.
For our younger guests, there is a delicious and healthy Children´s Menu available all day, featuring easy favourites such as guacamole and chips, pasta pomodoro, quesadillas and chicken with fries.

The Brasserie at Siglo 17 benefits from a retractable roof, so guests can enjoy dining al fresco on sunny days, and can stay warm and dry on days with more inclement weather. For guests preferring the comfort and privacy on their own room or suite, The Brasserie menu is also available as room service from 8am thru to 7pm.
The Brasserie at Siglo 17 welcomes hotel guests and visiting guests alike and every Saturday and Sunday from 10am there is live music to accompany your perfect weekend brunch.
